After attending FSY (For the Strength of Youth convention) in 2014, Amy felt that she needed to serve a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. So she started to prepare herself by daily scripture reading, attending all her Church meetings, graduated for Seminary and attending Institute. All her friends knew she´s a member, never been ashamed to talk about the church.
When she was 6 year old she even told her after school Day Care teacher about the church. After sending her Mission papers off she started to do any necessary preparations that were possible and needed for her mission as you can see she documented as much as possible in her video.
She´s so ready and excited to serve for 18 months in the Trinidad Port of Spain Mission. This field covers Trinidad, Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, Guyana and Surinam. Pay close attention to the reaction from her brother Jeff; best mission in the world (he says), he served about 8 years ago in the same mission field!! Oh the joy of serving a mission!
